Earlier this week, Electroshadow brought you a first look at the next “Fast & Furious” sequel, from a social media posting by star Vin Diesel. Today, the guy is at it again. On his self-run Facebook page, Diesel put up a new pic with the following message: “The first week of filming has been both intense and surreal… P.s. One from set… a more somber moment in Our Saga…”

There’s been no official word, but it’s pretty obvious that the funeral scene you see is that of Han (Sung Kang), who was killed in “Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift” and was revisited at the end of the last movie. This sets up the plot and motivation for our gang this round.

“Fast & Furious 7” is directed by James Wan and also stars Paul Walker, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Tony Jaa, Kurt Russell, Djimon Hounsou, Lucas Black and Nathalie Emmanuel and is slated to hit theaters July 11, 2014.

e-Lena & Joel: Never rule out anything in the “Fast” universe. After all, they brought back Michelle Rodriguez from the dead too.
